Total body shaping exercises using hand weights, fit ball & barbells - Non aerobic.
Low Impact (LIA): 1 to 4
Aerobic moves that will excite, inspire and exhilarate - great for all levels of fitness. Followed by 15min of THT.

Fat Burner

2 to 4
Dynamic workout which involves 2 to 4 alternating exercise formats, LIA, THT, Step, FitBall Abs, and Weights. FB Plus Sunday 1& 1/2 hrs
Body Blast 2 to 4
Combination of boxing, weights and cardio that will challenge you. Great for all levels.
Pilates/Fitball: 1 to 4
Total body conditioning developing strong, centered core and balanced body. (FBA) Fitball Abs Sculpt uses Fitball & wieghts

Group Fitness Guidelines

Our classes cater for all fitness levels. If you are pre or post natal or have a medical condition, consult your G.P. and advise your instructor.

Participants must ensure they do not join classes later than 5 minutes after its commencement and not leave until stretching has been completed. This will ensure adequate warm ups and cool downs.

Towel, proper fitness clothing and footwear is compulsory in all areas of the gym to maintain our high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. If you happen to forget your towel, you must hire one from our Fitness Help Desk.

1 High level of fitness. Medium to high intensity cardio
exercise 4-5 times per week

2 Good level of fitness. Medium intensity cardio
exercise 3 times per week
3 Moderate level of fitness. Low intensity cardio
exercise 3 times per week
