Fitness Guidelines |
Our classes cater for all fitness levels.
If you are pre or post natal or have a medical condition,
consult your G.P. and advise your instructor.
Participants must ensure they do not join classes later
than 5 minutes after its commencement and not leave
until stretching has been completed. This will ensure
adequate warm ups and cool downs.
Towel, proper fitness clothing and footwear is compulsory
in all areas of the gym to maintain our high standard
of hygiene and cleanliness. If you happen to forget
your towel, you must hire one from our Fitness Help
